Returns/Exchanges

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to support@clarity-scopes.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Warranty

The various supplier’s products come with a 1-year warranty for replacement of any manufacturing defect. Clarity Scopes will provide assistance in dealing with the manufacturer.

Clarity Scopes’ Return Policy

3rd Party Purchase Returns: Products purchased from an authorized supplier must be returned to that supplier, and should not be returned directly to Clarity Scopes.

Refund or Exchange:  Customers who wish to return merchandise for exchange or refund must first email support@clarity-scopes.com or call (833-245-4227) Clarity Scopes to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. The RMA number must be located on the shipping label, and NOT on the box or on the product or its internal container.

Refunds, exchanges and/or order cancellations due to ordering wrong item or changed mind are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.  

Missing parts, packaging, instructions, warranty cards, etc., as well as damage or blemishes to merchandise will result in higher restocking fees. Restocking fees will be determined by the supplier after inspecting the merchandise. In the case of product replacements or exchanges, the product on RMA must be received before the supplier will send a replacement.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from receipt without prior approval from Clarity Scopes.

Filters Return Policy

All filters are rigorously inspected before shipment. They are certified to be within specifications. Filters will arrive clean and well packed in tamper-proof packages. The supplier will accept returns of unopened filters purchased directly through Clarity Scopes within the first 30 days, provided that the tamper-proof packaging is intact and that they pass inspection showing no use.
