1.     What quality standards do Clarity Scopes’ products meet?

Clarity Scopes’ products are sourced from reputable manufacturers and are designed to meet industry quality standards. We undergo rigorous testing to ensure reliability, durability, and safety. Most products are ISO 9001 or BSCI compliant and able to be imported into the United States.

 

  1. Are Clarity Scopes’ products covered by a warranty?

Yes, Clarity Scopes offers warranties on our products. The duration and coverage of the warranty may vary depending on the specific product however it is usually between one and three years on manufacturer defects. It's recommended to review the warranty terms and conditions provided by ElectriRide for each product.

 

  1. What if I am not satisfied with the quality of my product?

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. There will be a 10% restocking fee and shipping fees will need to be paid by the customer.

  1. What if my order is lost or damaged in shipping?

If your order is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact us at support@clarity-scopes.com and if the damage is due to the manufacturer or courier we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Yes, we ship our products internationally to any country DHL or UPS ship to. Shipping charges and delivery times may vary based on the destination.

 

  1. How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout. If shipping by sea it will take 45 days and if by air generally 14 dyas.

 

  1. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package. You can view the shipping charges during the checkout process. Shipping within the continental United States is free if the purchase is over $100.
